  • Alabama - 1 hour “should be in the area of ethics”/12 
  • District of Columbia - 1 hour/20 
  • Illinois – Aud.: 2 hours/20 (ethics or legal requirements pertaining to practice); SLP: 1/20 
  • Kentucky – 2 hours/30 
  • Nevada – 1/10 ethics, DEI, or cultural competence, cultural humility, or culturally responsive practices 
  • Ohio - 2 hours/20 
  • Oklahoma – 3 hours/20 
  • Oregon – 1/20 in cultural competency 
  • Texas - 2 hours/20 
  • West Virginia - 2/20 (1/year) 
  • Wisconsin - 2 hours/20
** Or meet the CE requirements stipulated by ASHA or the ABA.
