District of Columbia; Iowa; Kansas; Kentucky; New Hampshire; New York; Pennsylvania (unless working for a company which has obtained a hearing aid dealers license); Virginia [Total of 8 States}

Nevada does not require a separate license but does require a dispensing endorsement on the audiology license based on passage of the written and practical exam of the National Board for Certification of Hearing Instrument Sciences
