As state regulatory boards there is no doubt that we are all experiencing the impact of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). State regulatory boards are taking swift action to ensure consumer protection, while also ensuring their regulations are not creating unimagined barriers due to this rapidly evolving crisis.

The NCSB Board of Directors wants all of our member states to know that we are committed to providing you with information, tools and resources. We have posted a list of these resources on our website at:

We are also hopeful that we will be able to hold our annual conference scheduled for October 22-24, 2020 in Santa Fe, NM. We recently held a virtual Director’s meeting and finalized conference details. We will be sending out more details, including registration information in June, 2020.

Now, more than ever, we must all continue to stay connected and support each other through this challenging time. In the coming few days, you will receive an invitation via e-mail to take a brief survey. The survey will ask you to provide information regarding how your regulatory board is responding to COVID-19. We will collect these responses and make them available on our resource page.

Please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here, we are listening, and we are ready to assist you as a valued member of NCSB. Stay safe and well!

Best Regards,
NCSB Board of Directors
